Amy helped start Experiential Marketing at Levi’s, and was a co-founder of AMMO, a pioneer in influencer and experiential marketing that launched groundbreaking, high growth programs for many top tier lifestyle brands.  Amy’s awards include a CLIO, GLAAD Media, IABC, PRSA Silver Anvil and LSA Excellence Award. She has been published in numerous books and magazines including "Harnessing the Power of Buzz," Brandweek and AdAge.

Nick Arauz

Strategy & Experience

Nick has worked with successful retail brands for over 18 years, developing groundbreaking store experiences and the underlying strategies that connect retail brands with customers. He started his career directing the NYC studio responsible for Anthropologie from 1996-2006; since then,  his work has expanded to brand strategy and marketing programs to drive retail growth with customer-centric experiences and storytelling, including two years working with David Yurman on visual storytelling and leading the design of their Soho flagship.  Nick was the creative director for several Fortune Global 500 Galas in London and is a co-founder of the non-profit 88bikes.org. His work has been featured in the MMA, New York Times, DDI, Outside Magazine, and GDRUK.

Jake Baldridge

Research Director

For Jake, it's always been about how it works, how people think and why the world is the way it is. Jake got his start in advertising at Rivers Agency in Chapel Hill, NC and managed food, beverage, alcohol and automotive brands at DDB New York and StrawberryFrog. Jake has helped attack some unique challenges for clients in the US and around the world, working with Heineken, SMART Cars / Daimler, New Balance, Xfinity, Olay, Propel, Burt’s Bees, Lipton, and others. Recent projects customer relationship strategy for Xfinity; Understanding  motivation and travel booking methodology of Millennial travelers; and work with a hi-growth shoe brand breaking out from a unique orthopedic positioning to compete fully as a fashion brand.
