Agency by Others Partner Nick Arauz took on a two-year assignment to lead the Brand Environments team at David Yurman from late 2012 through early 2015, where he directed customer experiences, retail, wholesale, visual, and concept development for this iconic American jeweler. Projects included the re-design of the Tribeca studio and showrooms (with REX and Lynch Eisinger); new display concepts; and over ten new retail stores, including the first wholly-owned international store.

Most notably, he lead the internal creative team responsible for the design of David Yurman’s new flagship store concept in Soho in Fall 2014. Storytelling played a key role in the Soho design, which embraced the Yurman’s roots in Soho, and included dedicated ‘heritage’ walls dedicated to the Yurman’s inspiring story as Artists; and a room dedicated to telling the stories behind their unique collection for Men.
